Warranty period - 3 months on Hardware and Accessories only.

Video games - Return within 14 days only if defective, otherwise any other return will be treated as a trade-in. All returns must have proof of purchase except if items purchased using Silver member account. Tags must be attached to the item and must be in the same condition as when purchased. Non-defective returns will incur a 20% restocking fee (Exceptions apply). Cash refunds only for defective items and require physical receipt. All other cases, store credit will be applied.
